Collegiate athletics flooded with Virgin Islanders

Another year in the bag and I strongly believe this is the biggest group of Virgin Islanders to participate in college athletics. It appears football has taken the reins as the sport that gets the most scholarships, and women's basketball and track are in a tug of war for supremacy in girls opportunities.
For a small jurisdiction like ours, it appears that we do have talent, and I predict it will only grow. Just like last year's list, I included which high school the player attended in the territory if they were in the V.I. for high school. I hope I did not miss any names because the emails do come in and I have to write several apologetic letters. Not this year, I am on my game.
