USTA youth tennis program
ST. THOMAS - The USTA Quick Start 10 and Under Youth Tennis Program is for youths as young as five years old and will take place from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays at the Sub Base tennis courts beginning Sept. 22. Registration is $75 per child. For more information call Sharon Flamon at 626-3663.
Adult tennis camp
ST. CROIX - Tennis pros Don deWilde and Greg James will run an eight-hour weekend adult tennis camp this weekend at Buccaneer Hotel. The camp will involve instruction, new drills and some cardio. The cost is $120 per person and payment reserves a spot.
The camp is for intermediate and advanced players, and will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on today, and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. For more information, call 718-3036.
Beach wrestling
ST. THOMAS - The V.I. Wrestling Federation invites the public to beach wrestling at Brewers Bay beach on the first and third Sunday of every month at 3 p.m. For more information, call Shamsie at 690-8632.
Summer Skimboarding camps
ST. THOMAS - SkimCaribbean Skim Camps are now open for registration as the five-day sessions have already started and will be held throughout the summer. All skill levels are welcome as freelance skimboard instructors will be on hand Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon at Morningstar Beach. Private and small group lessons are also available.
Shade, local fruit, snacks and ice water are provided. Riders should bring sunscreen, rashguard or swim shirt, refillable water bottle and sack lunch. For more information, email to skimcaribbean@gmail.com or call 998-4625
Soccer clinics
The USVI Soccer Association is conducting free soccer clinics on St. Croix and St. Thomas that are open to boys and girls ages 5-13. The clinics take place from 9 a.m. to noon every Saturday at Good Hope School and Educational Complex on St. Croix and at the University of the Virgin Islands soccer field on St. Thomas.

Taekwondo classes
ST. JOHN - There will be taekwondo classes at St. Ursula's Anglican Church Multipurpose Center from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students ages six to adult are welcome. For more information, call 344-1581, or call Olivine Smith at 776-6249.
Exhibition basketball games
ST. CROIX - The St. Thomas All-Star Runners basketball team will take on the St. Croix Hoyas in one of two exhibition basketball games at Golden Grove Correctional Facility. The games will take place on Aug. 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
