Messiah wins Time Trial title

With a comfortable breeze, the weather conditions were just right for a cycling time trial, and Glen Messiah took full advantage.
Messiah finished the 24-mile Airport Loop in one hour, four minutes and 58 seconds to win the U.S. Virgin Islands Cycling Federation's Time Trial Championship on Sunday on St. Croix. He was among 12 cyclists who competed.
