In Game 1 Friday night, St. Croix took an early lead with eight points in the third inning and held on to win, 9-3. In Game 2 Saturday morning, the teams were back at it with clear skies and sunshine for the next two games of the series. St. Croix held the lead, 5-4, in the bottom of the third inning, however, an impressive six runs in the fifth inning gave St. Thomas the lead and a win at 10-5 to even the series.
The Little League All-Stars were from the Elmo Plaskett West Little League on St. Croix and the Elrod Hendricks West Little League on St. Thomas.
